Fire Maverick is an applied AI transformation and collaborative intelligence studio based in New York, operating across APAC, ANZ, and North America.
We work with organizations navigating the transition from traditional software environments to AI-enabled collaborative operating systems — helping leadership teams design the governance structures, workflows, and operating models required for humans and AI to work together effectively and accountably.
Our approach is grounded in real-world operational deployment, not theory. We built and operate VizDevOps Studio, a governed multi-agent environment coordinating frontier AI systems across strategy, research, operations, communications, and governance. We use live environments as laboratories to explore the future operating model of organizations.
Before AI, Fire Maverick’s founding team led global transformation work spanning the Mastercard rebrand (recognized by Forbes among the decade’s top-10 identity transformations), the Singapore Sports Hub master brand, multinational FMCG portfolios across APAC, and venture creation in frontier Southeast Asian markets.
